As the librarian for Health Sciences, I provide instruction, collection development, faculty liaison, and reference assistance for students and faculty in the following academic programs at NYU: College of Nursing,   Department of Communicative Sciences & Disorders,  Department of Occupational Therapy, and the Department of Physical Therapy

For students, I can:

• Suggest research strategies and sources
• Provide instruction using library tools
• Direct you to an appropriate library research guide
  
• Answer questions via email, phone or in-person
• Meet with you individually to discuss your topic or help you apply research strategies

For faculty, I can:

• Serve as a Blackboard/NYU Classes site "instructor" to link your course to library-related materials
• Deliver in-classroom curriculum-integrated library instruction
• Recommend sources and strategies to integrate research skills into assignments and coursework
• Create a LibGuide tailored to your class assignments
• Purchase books, license electronic resources and other material needed for your research
• Act as a liaison communicating the college or department's concerns and needs to library administration
• Consult with faculty on specialized literature searches for research studies, grants, and systematic reviews.
