Technology Services
The library has 2 services designed to help NYU students and faculty with the technical aspects of their projects.
The Data Service Studio
The Data Services Studio on the 5th floor of Bobst Library supports quantitative, qualitative and geographical research at NYU. The DSS offers access to specialty software packages, statistical and GIS training and support, and consulting expertise for many aspects of numerical and spatial data for research, including data access, analysis, collection, data management and preservation.
The Digital Studio
The Digital Studio, located on the fifth floor of Bobst Library, assists users with projects around file, image and video management; media publication and streaming; and digital authoring. The provide consultations, hands-on classes, and guidance in scanning, video transfer, recording, and much more.
